Reverse Blade Sword Katana
Does anyone know what type of katana has a handle that curves opposite the blade?
The sword is definitely a katana, the way the blade is constructed and curved, but the grip curves the opposite direction. It is not a reverse blade, as the blade is still on the outside of the curve.
You might have seen a mongolian sword. It almost as long but slightly broader. It’s a single handled sword. It curves the opposite way so it does not slip from the hand when swinging.
