How Military Recruiters Can Upgrade the Quality and number of recruits committing to Military Service

Do you know there’s a fresh new approach that attracts the most qualified, capable and committed recruits to military service?

As a former unit commander, I learned the importance of building and maintaining morale, motivation and peak performance of the personnel under my command. As a military recruiter you have an important sales job. When you have the presence of a prospect that meets your basic criteria, your job is to match him or her with the most urgent needs in your military organization. You then stress the benefits and advantages of signing up, using “key” emotional appeals targeted to the needs of the prospect.

You can use a strong verbal presentation to stimulate interest and desire. It works if skillfully done with facility and aplomb.
