Are there any leadership courses that may help with military recruiting?

I’m planning on applying for pilot officer next year and was wondering if there are any leadership courses available that would better prepare me for leadership duties if i make it in, and also look good on my resume to help me get through the first threshold of recruitment in the first place.

leadership courses (theory) is one thing there are a host of personal skills that the military is looking for………..no short cuts dude

You have to be yourself when they interview you & they’ll know if your pulling a fast one. Do as well as you can educationally and work on your fitness level, if possible take flying lessons and be prepared not to be accepted (the standards are really high)
