Military Heater
Suggestions on making my dorm room warmer?
i go to a military school and we are not allowed to use space heaters (i don’t know why) and my radiator is broke so it pretty much is the outdoor temperature inside. i have one candle going (which is bad to use anyway) and i have my deck lamp going with a 100W bulb in it. and i practically live and sleep in a jacket and jeans! any suggestions on how i can make my room warmer
That sounds terrible! Definitely make sure that your windows are well insulated with plastic wrap. I would definitely recommend an electric blanket that fits over your bed, like the Sunbeam Electric Blanket for a twin bed. Even though you’re not allowed to technically use a space heater, there are also fans that emit heat. The Holmes Compact Heater with Fan is an example of that.
