What kind of helmet did the Templar Knights use?

I have seen about four different crusader helmets online and was wandering which one the Templar Knights wore. I have seen the sugarloaf with a point on top, and one like the sugarloaf but is flat on top and some say they wore just a norman helmet. So I was wandering which one it was they actually wore. A web site explaining they’re whole outfit would be great if someone has one.
